All payments must be completed in full before production or shipping begins.

All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Custom Orders

For custom handmade rugs:

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • Production will only start once payment has been successfully processed.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in EUR.

Rug My Idea reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

2. Production Time

Custom Handmade Rugs

Because each custom rug is handmade and made to order:

Estimated production time: 2–4 weeks.

Production time may vary depending on:

  • Design complexity

  • Order volume

  • Size of the rug

We will notify customers if significant delays occur.

Ready-Made Rugs

Non-custom rugs are typically processed and shipped within: 3–5 business days.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Areas

We ship to:

  • European Union

  • International destinations

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping method selected

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch:

  • EU: 5–10 business days.

  • International: 7–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Rug My Idea is not responsible for customs delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Rug My Idea is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
